ANTHONY SEDDON

Anthony Seddon practises broadly in the field of commercial law but has particular expertise in intellectual property through his extensive work in the music industry. He is responsible for the formation and development of the highly successful Prague Office and advises both local clients and international organisations with interests in the Czech Republic. His work covers a great deal of investment in commercial and residential real estate and the import/export of goods and services. He also has extensive experience of cross-border financial transactions and has worked with clients in all continents. He established Anthony Seddon & Co in 2006, starting a new office in London. This was to build on cross-border expertise and provide an efficient legal consultancy bridge between the UK and Central & Eastern Europe.
In recent years he was awarded a postgraduate diploma in European Union law from Kings College London and the Law Society diploma in International Takeovers and Mergers. He is a member of the International Bar Association, the Union Internationale des Avocats and the Association Internationale des Jeunes Avocats.
