ABOUT US

Anthony Seddon was one of the first English solicitors to recognise the opportunities arising in the Czech Republic after the demise of communism in Europe. A permanent office in Prague was established in 1992, and we we have become one of the most highly regarded commercial practices in the Czech Republic.

We provide a full legal service to local Czech businesses as well as multinationals, UK based companies and individuals with affairs in the region. We advise on inward and outward investment, specialising in investment in commercial and residential real estate, and we assist clients of all shapes and sizes, in both private and public sector.

Our cross border expertise enables us to provide a consultancy bridge between the Czech Republic and the UK. We advise Czech clients on UK investment opportunities and commercial practice, working closely with our London office. Conversely, we advise UK and international clients on business law and procedure in the Czech Republic, frequently providing a full communication interface.

All our lawyers and support staff are bi-lingual. Anthony Sedddon, a senior partner within the firm, is a member of the Czech Bar Association and has many years experience in Central and Eastern Europe.
