Since 2006 until presence our office has been providing legal services to large portfolio of foreign and Czech clients regarding acquisitions of both residential and non-residential units in successful development projects as: Nova Harfa I., Nova Harfa II, River Diamond, Kosik, Nova Liboc, Kollarova, Tupolevova, River Lofts, Central Park and others. We provided such clients with advocating on purchases of units, including communication with particular banking institutions regarding mortgages and loans, communication with developers, consequential lease, concluding contracts with energy suppliers, sell of flat or attending annual owners´ meeting on behalf of client.
