River Diamond

River Diamond is the first newly-built luxury residential project in Prague City Center since the time of the First Republic. Designed by award-winning architects Safer, Hajek and Associates, and featuring an interior conception by the highly acclaimed designer and artist Barbora Skorpilova of Mimolimit, the building will be on the forefront of stylish apartment design. Constructed in a U-shape, the 230-unit project will partially enclose a Japanese-style garden featuring majestic trees, stone sculpture, and bubbling fountains. A calming pool will enclose the landscape elements and assert the garden’s privacy for the residents. On the street side, 1,500 sq.m. of retail, including shops and a cafe will add to amenities. A bilingual reception desk will offer services such as laundry and event ticketing. In addition to 24-hour video surveillance cameras, there will be secure underground parking for 367 vehicles.

 

Given River Diamond’s location, not only next to the river, but 5 minutes from Prague’s historical centre by tram or metro, residents will truly be able to enjoy the most the city has to offer, a few steps from their own peaceful apartments. A bridge across the river to Stvanice Island will enhance recreational possibilities, including tennis, golf, and fitness.
