Tupolevova Residence

The residnce offers truly modern living in immediate vicinity of a metro station, shopping, culture and greenery, now is your chance to find a perfect home.

Originally, there were two buildings in the project with 88 flats. A year later, after all flats being sold, a second phase of the project has started. In the two buildings, each with seven floors, there are 76 modern apartments (up to two bedrooms), which offer a sufficient amount of space and light, which can flow here freely thanks to the un-built surroundings. Each of the apartments has its own balcony, terrace, or a front yard on the ground floor.

The Rezidence Tupolevova has been named after the adjacent street, which is one of the most important arterial roads of Letňany. A comfortable connection the city centre is provided by line „C“ of the Prague metro which station is located only seven minutes walk from the project. For travelling to the neighbourhood you can use the bus transport. An underground car park will be prepared for cars within the complex of the Rezidence Tupolevova.

All the facilities necessary for a both comfortable and active life can be found in the neighbourhood of the Rezidence Tupolevova. Easy shopping and cultural events are offered by the commercial centre Letňany with a Tesco hypermarket, restaurants and a multiplex cinema, located only a few hundred meters far. In the neighbourhood, there is an aqua centre, a winter stadium, exhibition grounds, a fitness centre, as well as a school and a health centre.
