Mgr. Martina Szwarcová graduated from the Law School of the Charles University in Prague in 2002 and she has been awarded with the Master’s Degree in Law. In the course of her college studies she worked as the student – legal assistant in the Law Office Pokorný Wagner & spol. in Prague and latterly she has acquired experience as the Notice processing officer in the company Vinci Park Services UK LTD in the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.

After her arrival to Prague, Martina started working for the company Step spol. s r.o. where she handled agenda of company lawyer in well established building company. Within the course of her practical experience she specialised, including without limitation, in the Law of Constructions and Administrative law agenda, contractual agenda, Labour law and Corporate – Business law.

As of 2008 she worked in the Law Office Seddons v.o.s. as the legal trainee – “koncipient” and later as the “advocate”. She became the managing partner in the law office Seddons s.r.o., advokátní kancelář as of May 2011. Martina has a good command of the real estate law, trademarks, business and civil law, contractual agenda and litigation, inheritance, with the emphasis to the cross border clients.

Martina is fluent in English and Slovak.
